1. Meditation is a good practice to adopt
Our top tip for a stress-free week is to adopt a regular meditation routine.
Meditation is a common practice among all of the YouTubers who promote personal growth that I watch. Oprah Winfrey and Marie Forleo, both successful authors and positive influences in the world of media have meditation as part of their daily practices.
They don’t let their busy schedules stop them from meditating. They probably do it first thing in the morning and at the top of their lists.
The use of meditation has been proven to be a powerful tool in achieving success. Meditation improves our productivity, careers, and relationships. Adopting a regular meditation routine can help reduce stress and anxiety.
The type of meditation that’s right for you will depend on your preferences and goals. You might try mindfulness meditation if you want to de-stress and relax. The focus of this type of meditation is on the breath, and awareness of your present moment.
Meditation with crystals can be a great way to explore your spirituality. You can meditate by holding the crystals or wearing jewelry like love crystal earrings, bracelets or necklaces and focusing your energy on them. You can experiment with different types of meditation until you discover the right one for you.
American Psychological Associationalso offers an article on mindfulness meditation. You can achieve exceptional calmness even when under stress and manage life’s stresses with ease. This is true because my own meditation journey changed my life.
It can be difficult to start a meditation routine on your own. Emily Fletches teaches a method that is effective called Ziva, or Z- Technique. It is intended for people who are busy and in business. Meditation isn’t just for yoga enthusiasts or monks. It can be practiced by anyone.
You can practice anywhere, with just 15 minutes a day. Use a mantra to keep repeating over and over. Open your eyes if you are disturbed by another thought. Continue. This Z-technique can be ended by Manifestation. Imagine all the goals, wishes, and desires you have for your future to discover the best path to reach them.
2. Take a Break and Play Games
A break is vital to the success of any process or journey. The machines are designed to work without breaks. We are not machines, we need breaks. All of us need time to relax and be able to release our tension. Playing games is one way of doing this.
Games and stress reduction are linked. In a survey online of 1614 participants the results revealed that games can be used to recover after stressful situations. After a long day of work, I would also rather play games. Gamescan be used to help you process stress-related negative emotions. Playing with your friends can make the game more enjoyable.
Relaxing games can be a good way to relieve stress. They are quick games with simple challenges. You will enjoy a short but enjoyable break. Tetris is my favorite game. (Check below to see if you are able to beat mine). You can also play cooperative games with other players or friends. For this, I use Fast Typer.
3. Regular massages can help you manage stress
Stress has been a global epidemic long before Novel Coronavirus. Stress is not as dangerous as Coronavirus, but if not treated properly can cause serious health problems.
Stress is something that everyone goes through at some point. There are many ways to cope with stress. Massages are a great way to relieve stress. It doesn’t matter if it is once every two weeks or twice a month. This is not a research-backed statement, but I can recommend this based on my personal experience.
You can also ask your partner to perform the massage for you. You can visit the cheapest and nearest massage parlor if you are living alone. You can return to being your most creative, calm and productive self with a good massage. These Massage Tools from The Strategy will give you an improved experience.
4. You can find your happy place
It’s my favourite on the list. We need to switch off in a world that is constantly rushing. This happy place should be a relaxing and contented environment. You can do what you like and be yourself in this place.
If you are feeling stressed out by life, go to your happy spot and enjoy yourself. You will be able to return calmer and more energized.
The living room is where I can relax and read the book that I love, or watch FRIENDS. A cafe can also be a place of happiness for me. Visit a new café, read and enjoy a coffee while observing people, plan for my future, keep a journal, write an article, listen to podcasts or call a close friend. What is your happy spot?
Find a place that is quiet and where you won’t be disturbed if you are at work. Visit a park. Nature is a great place to be. Nature always makes me feel good. Allow yourself to enjoy the peace and tranquility that comes from clearing your thoughts and letting go of negative thinking.
5. Organize the home. Keep a tidy place
Stress is a common experience that can be caused both by internal and external factors. Your environment can affect your level of stress, even if you don’t realize it. So, next time you feel overwhelmed, tidy up. You may experience stress as anxiety or fear, but organizing your workplace and home can make it less stressful. A messy place is another way to cause stress.
Clutter affects our productivity, focus, and sleep. A cluttered kitchen can lead us to eat unhealthy foods and watch television. It’s a great reason for us to watch the Netflix series Tending Up with Marie Kondo.

6. Stress-provoking thoughts should be avoided
Stress is a result of both external and internal influences. Negative thoughts can cause stress. Our worries and concerns are these. You can reduce stress by letting go of these thoughts.
In the book End of Stress, it is suggested that you should not intervene every time a stressful thought occurs. Let them stay in your mind, but not in reality. Our worries are nothing but exaggerations. You are more powerful and brave than you think.
When you also change your mindset, it is possible to successfully eliminate negative thoughts. The next time you are stuck in traffic and start feeling frustrated or angry, try to change your attitude. Think of another thing instead.
Instead, think of pleasant memories like vacations or the first time you received a letter from your crush. Instead, think of happy moments and peaceful times. You can return to calmness and kindness by focusing on these moments.
